By accessing or using the People’s Excellency Awards Sri Lanka website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or submit an application. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, finalists, and winners of the People’s Excellency Awards.

2. Eligibility

The People’s Excellency Awards are open to organisations and working professionals operating within Sri Lanka. Applicants must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful at the time of submission. Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any applicant found to have provided false or misleading information.

3. Registration and Application

By submitting a registration form, applicants confirm that they have read and understood the awards criteria and category requirements. The registration fee of RS 5,000 is non-refundable once payment has been made. Applicants are responsible for ensuring payment receipts are correctly uploaded during the registration process. Incomplete applications may not be considered for evaluation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, award titles, and branding associated with the People’s Excellency Awards, is the intellectual property of Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission. By submitting an application, applicants grant Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials, company names, logos, and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes related to the awards programme.

5. Judging and Results

All judging is conducted independently and impartially by a panel appointed by Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding individual scores or judging outcomes. Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any award if it determines that the integrity of the process has been compromised.

6. Privacy and Data

Personal and company information submitted through this website will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website and submitting an application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to administer the awards programme.

7. Limitation of Liability

Iconic Awards Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the awards programme. We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or that information on the website will be error-free.

8. Changes to Terms
